- In 1995 we were pioneers in the Sencelles area and in a very short time we became one of the most prestigious restaurants in Majorca.
- This is due to our recipes that come straight from Aina Carbonell’s culinary art, our eye for detail, our wonderful personal attention, to the perfect rustic and elegant surroundings so as to be able to enjoy the warmth of our friendly restaurant, being invited to the Majorcan cuisine fair each year and to our participating in television programs such as ‘Caza y Natura’.
- We are a family made up of a father, José González Haro (director and supervisor), a mother, Aina Carbonell (self taught chef), a son, David González Carbonell (maître), his wife, Laura Adrover Mayrata (cooker), and a daughter, Virginia González Carbonell (National best young cook champion).
